Our company wants to form a policy of mandatory one day salary deduction from pay check of all employees towards voluntary contribution to be given to the legal hier in case of death of any employee. this deduction would be applicable in month of death of any employee. i want to know that since it is in a nature of voluntary contribution can this be made as a mandatory deduction by including it in company policy and making all the employees (Willing or non willing to be binding for this contribution)
