KK!HRThe term 'abandonment' has a negative connotation and puts the attitude, the character and suitability for responsible positions in doubt. Having served half the notice period, is it worth taking these blames at the early stage of career is worth pondering about.

vibhakar-ramtirthkarThere are special words used in IT industry. One is absconding i.e. remaining absent. Here you are not serving for the later half of the notice period. That clearly means you are no longer in employment from your side. From employer side, they have not accepted your not serving for the later half of notice period. Hence they are using the word - abandoned. This is a stigma on the service record of employee. Abandoning means throwing away responsibility. In case of first employment such a stigma is unwelcome. Rather than taking action if you could have talked to the employer, employer would have considered and given you clean certificate. You can forget about the salary. You will never get it.

AnonymousI have been requesting to the employer from about 1 month to please give me early release or i am very much comfortable for buyout option too bt they are refusing me again and again without any reason i was a trainer and not even given any task under project i was of zero productivity to them as i joined 2 months back as a fresher still they are not relieving me and as i have to join other organization so i will not be able to thats why i informed them that i will not be able to work after 30th September not about any salary or not even experience letter i just need my relieving letter as soon as possible. Infact after sending the laptop too i was mailing to hr that i have some emergencies at my home too some family crisis too he dont even replied me in such situation i was no option left. I just want to know till when i will get the relieving letter like i am not working after 30th September and my notice period was ending on 5h November

vibhakar-ramtirthkarYour relations are now spoiled. Employer will not consider your requests. Before leaving, you could have talked to them and solved it amicable. Now that you have left, they will not bother for you. So long as your present employer is not asking you about it, you do not have to worry.
