Dear sir/madam,
I have some query. Initially one HDFC employee contacted me over phone and discuss all the things. Next day he was communicate to me that go for second round with my boss RCM. I clearly stated him that my noticed period will be 90 days please make sure your comfort with the same then I go for interview. He told me okay you go for the interview.
After few days (post second round of interview with RCM) Finally HR team offered me through mail provision letter. I have given my consent. After that they generate final offer I.e. appointment letter. I have accepted the same over mail and their recruitment portal.
Next working days I received the call from the person who has connected with me very first time over phone. He said to me if I'm available to join the organization with in 30 days then I have to resign my current organization otherwise continue with your current organization and drop the appointment process here.
My concern is that it is a way to recruit the person for such a prestigious organization?
