PF rejection - form 31 Outbreak of pandamic - "Authorised amount should not be zero or minimum"

I've applied for a PF claim in form 31 which was rejected stating that the Authorized amount should not be zero or minimum. what is the reason for this and what should I do to rectify this. Anyone, please help me.
