I am working in an organization from 16 Aug 2005 till 9 Oct 2021. I have taken leave without pay twice in my tenure from 9th October 2010 to May 2013 and second from June 2018 to 15 Dec 2018. Am I am eligible for gratuity as I have taken leave without pay twice and for how many years I will get the gratuity?
