Dear Vishwanath,

It appears that you have given an extract of your appointment letter to check whether or not you can join the competitor after quitting employment.

I wish you had checked this forum before raising the post. The Delhi High Court has given a ruling on a similar case. You may click here to refer to the news item that I had uploaded in 2016.

Thanks,

Dear Vishwanath,

Both the posts of yours are inconsistent. I recommend you taking the help of someone who can write the post on your behalf. Otherwise, it could be a waste of time for the members.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
