What help do you want in the induction ppt?
First decide how long your induction program will be?--hrs vs days
wht you need to concentrate in an induction prog are the following points
aim of the organization.
where the organization fits in the respective sector
req of the company of the individual-- how to dev those qualities in them.
Depending on wht kind of organization you have , and the profile of the individuals diff topics such as motivation, soft skills, leadership skills, grooming etc can be touched upon.

Thanks for your vauable suggestions. We are planning to keep the induction programme upto 1/2 day, in which HR induction will be of 1-2 hrs.
Please go through points i have made for the same as follows;
1. Agenda (Context of the Induction PPT)
2. Introduction about the Company
3. Structure of the Leadership Team (As per Hierarchy)
4. Role of HR
5. Process of HR (It will be in details)
6. Expectation from the employee
Some suggestions on the above points.

Dear Amrita An induction programme is organisation specific. Ready made PPTs will not get you anywhere. Use your company profile to get the PPt ready Good Luck Parvathy Ramesh
