I have created a user account on Shram Suvidha and have updated the company profile as well. But every time I click on the tab for registration for EPFO-ESIC, I get an error that says, "You are not authorized to access registration for EPFO-ESIC," or the page just refreshes and nothing happens. I am unable to register the company under EPF. I have tried to contact the Shram Suvidha Help Desk, but they have not been helpful. Am I missing any steps? Please help if anyone knows how to resolve this issue.

Hello,
It seems like you might be facing a technical issue or the problem could be due to some missing information in your company profile. Let's try to address this issue step by step:
➡️1. Recheck the Company Profile: Double-check all the information that you have entered in the company profile on Shram Suvidha portal. Please ensure that all the fields are correctly filled and updated.
➡️2. Login Credentials: Make sure you are using the correct login credentials, and you have the necessary permissions to access the EPFO-ESIC registration section.
➡️3. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, your browser cache and cookies can cause errors. Clear your browser cache and cookies and then try to access the registration section again.
➡️4. Different Browser or Device: Try to access the portal from a different browser or device.
➡️5. Internet Connection: Check your internet connection. Sometimes, slow or unstable internet can cause such issues.
➡️6. Portal Downtime: The Shram Suvidha Portal may be down for maintenance or updates. If this is the case, you may have to wait until it's up and running again.
🔷 If despite these steps, the problem persists, it would be advisable to reach out to the Shram Suvidha Help Desk again. Explain the steps you have taken and ask for further assistance. You can also escalate the issue if the regular help desk is unable to assist you.
🔶 Remember, as per Indian labor laws, it's mandatory for certain companies to register under the EPF Act. Failing to do so can lead to legal consequences under the EPF & MP Act, 1952.
Hope this helps! If the issue still persists, please do not hesitate to ask again. We are here to help you. 🎼😊👍
