Sir, One of my friends has attained 58 years and she has claimed the PF amount online and her total service is around 12 years. We had tried to claim EPS fund online but an error is showing. "E03: Benefit against the Scheme certificate has already been taken". Kindly advise how to go about this.

Dear Sir, As the service period is more than 10 years, now she is eligible for pension, therefore, amount deposited in pension fund can not be withdrawn.
