Dear Sir/Madam,

Our company is a Pvt Ltd company with a registered office in Tamil Nadu. We are not registered in PF and ESIC until now. We have exceeded the threshold limit of 10 employees in July 21, thus falling under compulsory ESIC registration. We are facing challenges in registering for PF and ESIC via Shram Suvidha as a Pvt Ltd Company is not eligible for registration through Shram Suvidha. We attempted to register through Agile form INC 35; however, it seems to cater only to new companies, not existing companies registered in MCA 5 years ago. Please assist us with the PF and ESIC registration process for existing Private Limited companies.
