If the employee conducts misconduct, a domestic enquiry is ordered to investigate the incident. Please note that the focus of the enquiry should be on the incident and not the person(s) involved.

You can go to Google and type "SOP for conducting a domestic enquiry" and you will get the whole of information. You can collate the information from the various sources and compile SOP on your own.
