I have resumed my HR work after 7 years of gap, hence I am not much aware of the new trends regarding the performance appraisal processes/forms. I am working on KRAs and activities defining those KRAs. Hence, I wanted to check if there are any trend changes. Would really appreciate it if someone can guide me and share some new templates with me on the appraisal processes if any.
