Dear,

You check whether in respective state loacations where your business have presence do LWF have opened online application provisions and for that you have to go on LWF site of respective state. In Maharashtra they have there site from where under the head of Employer Log in you can update all the necessary information first to registered your organisation and post that you can file necessary contribution where in provision to fill up contribution of previous years is available. This is what i have informed you about MH for rest state if no online such provision you can contact to respective office with an application and submit to them once you get Establishment Code you will be eligible to submit contribution. If anything more info reqd please let me know.Tku.
