NO PF Account created in last job. Would that be any problem?

Hello, My previous company didn't create my PF account in 2015. Would that be any problem if I join another company and if they ask for my UAN number. (Or the new company will create new one for me).

If you declare that you do not have any PF number, the present employer will create a PF number for you. That is not an issue. But it is a matter of credibility of the past employer and the experience gained by you.
