I have worked for 1.5 years with company 'A' it has no PF, joined company 'B' and it has PF, I absconded from company 'B'.
Now I am working with company 'C' MNC it has PF. Now I got an offer letter from another company 'D' (MNC).

Will they know about my Company 'B' in BGV? I have not added Company 'B' in my resume.
I have all companies documents.

Dear member,

Yes, there is a chance of discovery of the abandonment of the previous employment through the PF portal. You could be questioned about the mismatch in your CV and the details on the PF portal.

By the way, you have given the heading of your post as "Absconding In BGV". However, you have not absconded from the BGV per se but from one of the preceding employments. The BGV could uncover this fact.

Thanks,

You worked there for only three months, yet your PF details would reveal employment in company B, if one really bothers to check. How far the MNC would go in checking your antecedents cannot be surmised by outsiders like us? The very limited tenure in Company B is your defence in leaving it from your resume but again whether it suffices to satisfy the new MNC would only be a speculation.
