nanu1953Yes it is possible. If his PF gross is 15000/- or below , he will be entitled for PF but not for pension fund, if not he is an excluded employee ( earlier member of PF and settled PF and Pension after attaining the age of 58 years) . If he covers under ESI , the same has to be complied and he will also be entitled for Gratuity in future.
