In the middle of the year sales, team salary revision is authentic by legal aspect or not? In this case, management wants to cut down 10% of fixed salary & give 10 to 30 % incentive as per their performance. pl let me know is it possible.

It would be better if it is implemented with agreement with the Union(s). If there are nounios you may consider informing the employees since the fixed salary is getting reduced though the gross salary may increase.
