The criteria for applicability of Minimum Wages is defined on basis of actual work place. Even if, on temporarily basis, any employee visit any branch or other location in such also the original place Minimum Wages will be applicable.

The Delhi Minimum Wages is applicable only to your Delhi Head Office and others also applicable as per State Norms. It is better to mention Location Name in the Salary Slips / Wage Register, so that if there will be any Inspection you can easily prove your point.

If you apply Delhi Minimum Wages in all state then it will be very costly because Delhi Minimum Wages is very high as compare to other states.
