Pls first confirm in which capacity you are asking the suggestion. Whether you are PE or the contractor.
If any comprehensive contract or Transport contract is taken in which 20 or more contractual personnel are deployed then CLRA Act is applicable.
There are so many registers are maintained in the Act, whether you asking for any specific or as a whole.
Now the Licencing Authority accepts the Soft copy data as well. So it is better to frame formats in soft copy and maintain records accordingly.
However, if you want to maintain the registers then you can purchase from any Govt. approved agency who sells such registers. There you will get all registers.
