You wanted an agreement for the sale of scrap. However, are you a buyer or seller? What type of scrap your company generates or collects?
The companies that collect the scrap are generally not that organised to have a contract agreement. Most of the time, it is a verbal agreement. However, if you wish to have proper documentation, then you may tell the buying company to submit the quotation. Get the quotation approved by the competent authority, and this should suffice your purpose.
However, if it is e-waste or has chemical contents, then please check the provisions of the Pollution Control Board (PCB). The scrap dealer should have a proper license to collect and dispose of the scrap. In such a case, the scrap dealer should mention the method of disposal of the scrap in his quotation.
