It is not clear as to the letter being issued is by the company sending the employee on deputation or the company taking the deputationist. At any rate, what is needed is an order terminating deputation and sending the employee back to the parent company. The order has to convey that "The period of deputation of ----- (employee) as ------ (designation) in -------- (deputed organisation) is expiring on --/--/-- and thereafter his/her services ------ shall be repatriated to --------- (parent organisation) w.e.f ../../..(forenoon/afternoon)." This office order may be suitably revised and issued.
