Please also tell me casual leave ,sick leave benefit is mandatory or not as per factory act in maharashtra

The poster should remember that the Factories Act,1948 is a Central Legislation applicable to all Indian States subject to amendments if any, made to any provision by the respective State. So far as I know, the State Government of Maharashtra has not made any amendment to sec. 79 of the FA,1948 which provides for annual leave with wages, the only statutory leave available under the Act . For its calculation and other details, the poster is requested to go through the provisions of the above section.

Sick leave and Casual Leave are not mandatory under the FA,1948. However, such leave can be provided under the certified standing orders of the establishment.
