Dear All, I have one query regarding EPFO claim in death cases.
1) If a person has retired and had services for more than 10 years and he continued his job not paying EPS contribution and dies, so what about his pension process?
2) If services continue after retirement age and happen death so whom will get EDLI amount where husband and wife are both dead and his son having above 25 years age.?
