You have not mention your duration of working.
PL is your earning leave and you are eligible after one year. During year you have to work 180 days. Previous it was 240 days.
As per rule you are not elegible if you have not completed days in a year as mentioned above.
Please share leave policy of your company.

sunderarajan-srinivasanThank you Ji and yes I have completed 1 year 3 months and 11 days however, I was surprised to see my PL/EL was not encashed citing company leave policy of 1.6 year completion for eligibility. Now, am relieved from service and the finance dept is saying they CANNOT share any company leave policy.
