Hi All, This post is on behalf of my wife. She got selected in an IT MNC while she was 7 months pregnant.
The company initially asked to join in 2 months but once we explained the situation they were kind enough to extend the joining date additional 3 months so a total of 5 months.
But the old company relieved her early as they can avoid paying maternity benefits (which is totally fine for us).
The question is now she has a gap of almost 4 months. Does this create any issues during joining?
