Hello All, Can anyone share daily reporting / daily work reports to submit to the reporting manager for an HR executive?

We the members of this forum are outsiders. We do not know the nature of your industry, the organisation of your HR department, within the HR department what type of work you do and so on. Against this backdrop, it will be difficult for us to suggest anything.

Submission of daily report, whose initiative is this? Is it yours or your manager's? If it is your manager's, then it is his duty to provide you with the format of the submission of the information. The HR Manager just cannot pass an order to his/her subordinate to submit the report.

By the way, the submission of a daily report will reduce your stature as a factory worker. Daily production output is measured for the production worker or even the Production Manager. However, their work nature is different from HRs. Therefore, in case it is your initiative, then rethink.
