My brother works in Heatro Vizag (Company 1)from 2015 to 2018 for that the company created one Member ID in epf. (its has some 12k)

In 2018 Jan he joined in Sister company Hetro Hyderabad(Company 2) and worked for 5 months period and submitted his resignation. Here also one Member id created under the same UAN. (it has some 60K)
Later
After that, he didn't take any job and he died in 2019.

After his demise, we tried to retrieve that money so we applied for a claim from the portal under form 19 and 10C in 2021 in which 10C was rejected and 19 was approved and we get only 12k.
Then
We cross-check the portal and find out that while applying for a claim it is taking the Member ID created in company 2
Question is
1. How can we get the money from the Member ID created by the company 1
2. Does this account eligible for any death benefits?
3. If YES how can we claim that
