Dear friends please help me in framing hr policy for an electronic manufacturing unit in bangalore. with more emphasis on statutory compliances. leaves mandatory offs/holidays employing contract labour : while employing contract labour is there any appt. letter involved also is 6 months the limit for any other aspects which needs to be considered. regards rekha
