kindly guide me what can be done in my notice period.i was resigned to my service with forcefully by reporting manager and area sales manager. Joined five months back care health insurance company in agency sales department . The reporting manager not provided proper support and guidance in my 5 months tenure with care health insurance .when ever i am requested to join business calls and business development activities the reporting manager refused to support and not allowed to build the sales team initially. then started pressurizing to bring only business every day, because of this mental harassment/torches/he always discourages and demotivate my productivity has come down. if i request them to guide or support the reporting manager started behave rudely by using Volger words,under estimate and insulting in team open forum meetings and blackmailing always like i.e i will terminate you or i will issue PIP against you .Always the reporting manager demanding to put resignation and leave the company without my interest . I was brought to notice this issue with my area sales manager even though they were not resolve this issue.area sales manager also favor on reporting manager .seeing all these developments without my interest i was submitted my resignation. Looking forward i was tried to get other opportunity to secure my family and survive .Mean time i got an opportunity from one more life insurance company offer with lower package with short notice of period of joining. Regarding this opportunity i was discussed with care health area sales manager and H R officials to relieve me immediately to join life insurance company.But all the concern authorities of current company are demanding to serve notice period by blocking my ID. To serve my notice period my employee id was blocked and unable to access portals. if i send email requested many times they were not co-oparate and not helping to work in my notice period and demanding to work till notice period ends, by giving verbally assurance as will regularize your attendance. please guide me how can i appeal against these developments and help me to get justice today i am not getting salary by the copany and scary that i will get FnF or not by the comoany.please help me sir.
