I am planning to join the Software development center of a foreign banks (like Citi, UBS, Barclays, JP Morgan etc..).
I want to understand the kind of background check they do. Can they find out if I was terminated in my previous organization?
I do not have any negative comments in any of the documents (like service letter, reliving letter etc...) provided by past companies.
