Hi, I'm an ex-employee of HCL Technologies, Bangalore
I'm not able to register to PF portal of HCL TEch due to the reason that "PF number format is not correct"
As per my pay slip:
PF Number : HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/199308
Kindly let me know the correct format of PF number to be entered to complete the registration process
Also, the Link "Click here for Correct PF format" is not working on the registration page.
Kindly correct the same to avoid so many queries.

Looks like nothing works for an Ex-employee of HCL Technologies
Tried calling HCL Technologies, Bangalore - No response
Posted in multiple sites about this issue - No response
Looks like Court is the only option
Not sure if CEO of HCL Tech knows this

Hello Friends/Ex-colleagues of HCL,

Yes, definitely this PF format is challenging and finally after 2 months of struggle I got this correct format from HCL PF Team,

GN/GGN/00 (Two Zero's and the 4 Digits as shown in your Payslip (Prefix this just Two 00) and/Four Zero's 0000and then 6 Digits as shown in your Payslip)

That's it It works... Miracle... :-)

Thanks,
Raju

GG/GGN...

This is not working, and "Press here for PF Format" is available for name sake in that website portal which you cannot click

HCL PF Business has t be reported to Government, they are the worst PF Helpdesk in India.
They don't even transfer your service history.

its GN/GGN and works perfectly

to my surprise even PF team do not know about what's this format
If they want to learn th pain they give to ex HCLites they should resign and try approaching HCL HR and PF team lol

The GN/GGN didn’t work for me. My payslip didn’t have 6 digits but only 5 in the last section. I added a zero to compensate but no luck!!
