As per New Wage Code, the CTC breakup will be as follows:-
1) 13,75,000/- minus Medical Insurance and PF Administrative charge.(A)
2) Divide (A) by 2 to obtain Basic & DA.(B)
3) 12% of the (B) will be PF contribution.(C)
4) (B) - (C) will be distributed between HRA, Conveyance, Medical, Other Allowances as per Co's policy.
5) Professional Tax and Employee's PF will be calculated as per norms to determine Net take home salary.

In point no. (4) above Statutory Bonus will also be included along with other items and the calculation of statutory Bonus should be as per payment of Bonus Act.
