Hi. I want to Prove to an inspection team that our department ( in a private company) is working independently without influence of any directors or others. How to establish it.

All type of inspections, whether by internal or external agencies are conducted at the behest of the MD of the company.
How any department can be out of purview of the powers of BoD or MD is not understood. By keeping your department separate, what you will achieve? Why do you want to do that?
If not MD, then who will be the controlling authority for your department?
