Good Morning! I'd like to know if there is any format for the appraisal for contractual employees. We have above 3000 contractual employees and the renewal period generally after 11.5 months considering legal aspect. Every month new employees are joining in different companies in our Group. So the profit margin also varies. What would be a good way for appraisal every month of partial employees and it will not exceed increment budget or is there any other solution for it? Another problem is employees' supervisor's ratings are not standard to consider. Thanks in advance!
