ask the previous employer to sign it with DSC

Sir.. I mailed them the details alongwith Form 13 and requested them to kindly give approval with their DSC. I am not getting proper co-operation from them. Kindly suggest.

@Rashmi you had to opt approval by present employer, but once selected as previous, it can not be changed, you have to follow up with previous employer, to get it approved

Thank you so much sir for your kind response. But plz let me know how come we can select employer. Kindly tell me for my information.

at the time of filing transfer claim, the portal displays the option to select to be signed by the previous employer / present employer, which is by default previous employer, but the member can click the mouse to present employer selected for DSC verification

Thank you so much Sir.. I rechecked it and tried to claim again, but as you said once i selected previous employer, it cannot be change, but my previous company is closed. Kindly give me any other option plz.

you can opt for physical transfer claim by filing a form 13 duly attested by present employer and to be submitted to present EPF office

Thank you so much Sir. You helped me alot. I will do the same.
