Hello everyone... I finished my MBA HR in 2011 n had 3yrs work experience. But took nearly 5yrs break for my kid. Now I wanted to pursue my education to fit in the market but not sure what to choose... CMA / CS. Can someone pls guide me.

I do not see either of the qualifications helping you get jobs in HR Why do you need either of them. Just apply based on your existing qualification and experiance

If you to chose a career, it needs to be done based on your interest and what you want to do in life.
Just coming out a vague statement asking which is better is not going to enable anyone to give you an answer. The person giving a suggestion on a career should know about you and your interest, not give a vague answer.
For example your post says you are in USA. You area asking a group that focuses on HR in India.
Do you think you will get the relevant answer like this?
