Hi, I'm confused and need help.
As an HR fresher, I am getting job opportunities from only recruitment consultancy,
I don't hate recruitment but doing it in a consultancy is too much pressure and irritating. and I don't have any interest in it.
I want to change my career path to Hr generalist, but how should I do it.
And also I was planning to do SAP, but still confused as I have less than 1 yr of experience and that too in recruitment,
