Hi Sushil
Thank you for the efforts made in making the slides
I would suggest that if you intend to use the same to educate your team (or your HR, etc), put an equal focus on the actual changes (comparison of the older rules with the newer ones)
Eg, the fact that FTE was not defined earlier but was in many of the Standing Orders
FTE is now eligible for gratuity if they have worked for a year and that break in service will not make them ineligible
That comparison will help existing HR teams understand what changes they need to make.
But again, thank you for the efforts on the presentation.

Dear Sushil,
You have written that you are sharing New Wage Code Slides for knowledge sharing but after going through the slide we found that leaving aside Code on Wages you have given brief of other three codes.

Dear Sushil,
Well done.
Your presentation is good, and in general, covers the basic details of all the 4 codes. However, the details pertaining to the Code of Wages that you have mentioned under "key changes" are not complete. If you could add the remaining portion to this presentation, it would be great.
Keep the good work going.

HI,

A lot of time, HR managers get lost in how to create a PowerPoint presentation. Sometimes companies don't give any support. Here is a great resource for HR managers https://bharatgrouponline.com/free-templates/index.php

You find decent HR PowerPoint templates free to download and use forever. Just customize it as per your company brand color and you are all set to use it.

Hope it ll help
