Hi Sushil
Thank you for the efforts made in making the slides
I would suggest that if you intend to use the same to educate your team (or your HR, etc), put an equal focus on the actual changes (comparison of the older rules with the newer ones)
Eg, the fact that FTE was not defined earlier but was in many of the Standing Orders
FTE is now eligible for gratuity if they have worked for a year and that break in service will not make them ineligible
That comparison will help existing HR teams understand what changes they need to make.
But again, thank you for the efforts on the presentation.

Dear Sushil,
Well done.
Your presentation is good, and in general, covers the basic details of all the 4 codes. However, the details pertaining to the Code of Wages that you have mentioned under "key changes" are not complete. If you could add the remaining portion to this presentation, it would be great.
Keep the good work going.
