Hello Everyone. Greetings of the day. I have a query that one of the employees applied his transfer claim from the previous employer and when I check his transfer claim it is in Inaction-able section and neither there is an option to approve this via Digital signature nor to delete.
How can i approve? What is the reason behind this?

Perhaps they have opted for DSC verification by present employer, or his KYC is not yet verified by the present employer digitally
