Calculation would be as follows :- 33500 � 26 x 15 x 28 = Rs. 5,41,153.84/- OR Rs. 5,41,154/- - S.K. Mittal 9319956443

If you are getting DA too, then it is to be added to basic pay while calculating gratuity.
