Hi, My company is having two units in different district of Haryana. One unit is already having a factory licence. Do we still need a factory licence for the second unit in another district also or the same licence is applicable there?

Dear Ravindar, Factories licence is plant-specific. Therefore, when your second unit is situated in the same premises or elsewhere in the state, you have to apply for a separate licence.
