आप मेंबर पोर्टल पर जाकर, Forgot Password को क्लिक करिये, वो आपसे UAN भर कर एक कोड भरने को कहेगा, आगे वो एक मोबाइल नंबर दिखायेगा, जिसमे आपको कन्फर्म करने को कहा जायेगा, वह मोबाइल नंबर बदलने का ऑप्सन है, फिर वो आपसे उस डॉक्यूमेंट का नंबर मांगेगा जो UAN से लिंक किया हुआ है, वो भरकर क्लिक करिये, जिस से डिपार्टमेंट को ये तसल्ली हो जाये के ये आपका ही अकॉउंट है
इसके पश्चात वो आपसे नया मोबाइल नंबर देने को कहेगा, देने के बाद वापिस से रि कन्फर्म करने को कहेगा, उसके बाद मोबाइल पे एक OTP आएगा, जिसको भरते नंबर लिंक हो जायेगा और वो लॉगिन करने का पासवर्ड भी भेज देंगे

इसके पश्चात वो आपसे नया मोबाइल नंबर देने को कहेगा, देने के बाद वापिस से रि कन्फर्म करने को कहेगा, उसके बाद मोबाइल पे एक OTP आएगा, जिसको भरते नंबर लिंक हो जायेगा और वो लॉगिन करने का पासवर्ड भी भेज देंगे

तो अपने नियोक्ता ( कम्पनी) के पोर्टल से अपना आधार पहले लिंक करवा दीजिए, फिर आपके पास मोबाइल नंबर बदलने की सुविधा उपलब्ध हो जाएगी, और लॉगिन की भी
बिना डॉक्यूमेंट के प्रोविडेंट फंड के लिए सत्यापित करना असंभव है, के ये uan लॉगिन करने वाले का ही अकॉउंट है
