at the time of submission of contribution for exit employees place 0 zero in wages and days and then select "left service" from the scroll down menu, after that put last working day in last column,
Then submit the CR,
Exit employees would not appear in next month Contribution record
Then submit the CR,
Exit employees would not appear in next month Contribution record
