Dear Priyanka,
Have you worked in the training department any time? If not then before becoming a freelancer, it is advisable to work in the training department. This will give you a foothold in the field of training and you will also understand how the training is conducted. Yes, you can become a freelancer directly but it is important to have some knowledge of a particular industry.
As far as areas that you need to work on are improving your communication skills. Communication skills mean improving your ability to describe something clearly or with a sufficient number of examples. Next of course is presentation skills.
Improving skills apart, you need to have a fundamental understanding of why employee training is conducted. For this, you may refer to my past reply on the employee training. Click here to refer to it.
