Dear Premlata,
What is the nature of your industry? What is your finished product? How many employees work at your company? Do you have a proper policy on Performance Appraisal (PA)?
Whether working from the office or from the home, the process remains the same. However, if you feel that the productivity has come down due to working from home then you may dilute the targets. However, the points of assessment remain the same.
Thanks,

I may add,
In most of the instances, time of login, participation in the discussion on Zoom or other platform is significant. Most of the firms changed scenario reflects extended live/online communication time till midnight unlike normal attendance at offices the stress in them increases. The mood of the employer also is willingness towards continuing the WFH as long as possible excepting deploying core group at offices where servers are located and so on. And employers who have to cater to clients located in various time zones hours spent on logged in eating into personal lives of the employees.
Here, the admin has to ensure the connectivity, modem/signals, quality of laptop/desktop, power backup being used for WFH etc play crucial role. Therefore WFH remotely would call for weightage being given to constraints being faced by the employees.
