Hi All, Is there any government order or standard practices to avail special leave for covid positive employees in Kerala? If yes, how many days of leave we can provide?

As Covid-19 was declared as a pandemic disease, it shall be the obligation of employers to provide their employees such special leave which shall cover their quarantine period and treatment period, if employees are diagnosed as Covid 19 patients.
