Leave policies are made for muster roll employees only, who are entitled to make routine daily attendance and draw wages per month
consultants and advisors are not salary paid but they are "fees" paid, for which they raise their invoice or bills, hence they can not be entitled as employee

Leave is only applicable to employees but not for a consultant. The work of consultant is to provide consultancy as and when his services required by the organization. The services of consultant is out of necessity on the day your establishment remains closed on account of NH or FH or WH or SH. While making an agreement you finalize the working conditions as per requirement of your establishment.

Hello Vani,
Considering your requirement, you may give a certain leave to Consultants - which is not mandatory but on humanity grounds. This leave should be mutually agreed and to be mentioned in the letter given to them.
