The above are not scientific remuneration structure - Basic is very low and probably not fulfilling the Minimum wages condition.
It will be required to pay PF contribution on ( monthly gross - HRA - Statutory bonus ) based on last Supreme Court verdict.
On the basis of labor codes it will be required to revisit the entire remuneration structure in details to full fill the 50 :50 conditions. ( Labor codes will be implemented from 01.04.2021 hopefully ).
