Thx for your kind help
Actually i wanna know how to process this and whom to i meet for this as my branch office isn't giving any satisfying answer .
1. How much amount ESIC can reimburse or provide for artificial limb.
It is reimbursement on bill of artificial limb.
Or they give amount on quotation of artificial limb prior.

From India, Jaipur

any external treatment out of ESIC hospital, including artificial limb or replacement can not be selected by the Member himself, but it should be discussed with panel doctor, ESIC dispensary and then forwarded to AMO for onward recommendation
Medical team/ Board is entitled to evaluate the necessity of such supports and they submit their reports after inspection of the Member medically, thereafter the ESIC refers the member to further process, to either panel specialized dispensary or ask him to get it and submit the invoice after the process for reimbursement, but they fix cost capping as fixed by inspecting board
if the member goes without medical board inspection, then it would get tough to submit the claim

You may approach ESI Dispensary near to your house and check with Doctor. Before that you can contact the Help line / Medical help line (toll-free) and gather the required information.
