Hi, I have recently joined a CA firm (Partnership Firm) in Delhi. I need to design a leave policy for the firm.
Is there anyone who may suggest how many CL, SL, EL/Privileged leaves CA firms can give?
Which acts are applicable on CA firm i.e Delhi Shop & Establishment Act, ESI act or any other act?

For CA firm in Delhi S&E registration is not mandatory. But other acts may apply. Please reach us at for more clarity. Regards HR Revolution Services

It is mandatory for registration of CA firm under Delhi Shop & Establishment Act.
When S&E comes in place the all leave policy & other compliances to be followed as per the S&E act only.
